He has prepared consultative papers for the Indian Parliament, Reserve Bank of India.

Besides having worked as an Industrial Economist for the UNIDO Team in Libya, he is on the panel of ADB, IDBI, PSIDC, PICCUP, and Ministry of Tourism. He is a literary Scholar having interest in Academics and is a visiting faculty in Management Institutes of repute He has contributed as an Investment Expert in UN-WTO and was a member of the Economic Affairs Committee of the PHDCCI, New Delhi.

Mrs. Menon started her career as a Legal Practioner in the District Court, Hyderabad with exposure spanning over 20 years. Having completed her LLM from Osmania University she started legal practice in the year 1990. She founded her own Law Firm “LAW & LEGAL” in 1996. Currently practicing in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh specializing in the area of Intellectual property rights she is in the advisory panel for more than ten renowned Multi National Companies, Banks, and PSUs in India. An active member of the International Commission on Intellectual Property Rights, based at Geneva, she was selected as a Delegate by the Ministry of Law, Government of India and has attended the International Conference on Intellectual Property Rights held at Turin, Italy, 2008. She has got tremendous leadership acumen and communication abilities and is very well known in the Legal Fraternity. Besides being the member of AP BAR Association and she is also a visiting Faculty of the Indian Law Institute, Hyderabad.
